Teo van den Broeke 

Since being appointed Editor-in-Chief of Esquire UK in April 2025, Teo has successfully engineered a 360 reinvention of the brand, boosting its presence across platforms, revitalising its visual identity, and reinvesting in print. Crucially, he has reimagined Esquire as a cultural compass, advocating for a more considered, purposeful form of masculinity rooted in values, artistry and enlightenment. 

An author, award-winning journalist and podcaster, Teo began his career in journalism in 2010, serving as Style Director for Esquire UK and British GQ before joining Soho House as Global Editorial Director in 2022. His memoir, The Closet, was published by HarperCollins in 2023.
