Sophie Wilkinson

As Director of AI & Editorial Operations, Sophie is responsible for central operations and driving the learning, adoption and effective use of AI across Hearst UK.

Sophie joined the business in 2015 as Human Resources Business Partner, following a successful 15-year career in HR where she achieved Fellow status. Sophie made the transition to operations in 2018 and has played a pivotal role in leading transformation and strengthening operational excellence through improved processes and enhanced team alignment.
